Yes. Send a sketch, a reference photo or even a physical sample. Our development team builds the tech pack — sizes, materials, workmanship and packaging specs — and quotes from that. Tech pack preparation is free when you proceed to sampling.

Typically USD 50–150 per style depending on fabric and workmanship (excluding courier). The sample fee is deducted from your bulk order once production is confirmed.

3–5 days for standard styles, 5–7 days for technically complex pieces (outerwear, wash treatments, heavy trims). Courier adds 3–7 days depending on destination.

Yes — you are welcome to visit our partner facilities in person, or join a live video factory tour. Third-party audit reports (BSCI, ISO 9001) and recent inspection records are available on request.

A sealed sample is approved before bulk. Production runs with inline inspections, followed by a final random inspection to agreed AQL standards. You may also appoint SGS / BV / Intertek for third-party inspection before shipment.

15–20 days after sample approval and deposit for most styles. Lead time depends on fabric stock and order volume — the exact date is confirmed in the quotation.

Express, air and sea freight under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. We prepare full export documents and share tracking until delivery is confirmed.

Standard terms: T/T — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C and other arrangements can be discussed for established buyers.
